The Next Best Theatre Podcast: Episode 27 – “Celebrating Stephen Sondheim”

For this month, the Next Best Theatre team is celebrating the legendary composer, Stephen Sondheim. Winner of 8 Tony Awards and the brilliant mind behind “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” (1962), “Company” (1970), Follies (1971), A Little Night Music (1973), Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (1979), Sunday in the Park with George (1984), Into the Woods (1987), he also wrote the lyrics for West Side Story (1957) & Gypsy (1959). His resume speaks for itself and a few days ago, he celebrated his 90th birthday. Here to celebrate him and his work with me are Michael SchwartzNicole AckmanCasey Lee Clark & Cody Dericks.
