The movie musical has had quite a year in 2021, but no other is as joyous and free-spirited as “Everybody’s Talking About Jamie,” currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Director Jonathan Butterell brought the show from the stage to the screen and cast a wide array of gifted actors to tell the story of Jamie New/Mimi Me, brought to wondrous life by Max Harwood. Both Jonathan and Max were kind enough to speak with us about making the film, but that’s not all…returning to the podcast is Academy Award nominee Richard E.
