Last night, the 2021 Film Independent Spirit Awards were held last night representing the best in independent film for 2020. After the show, I decided to do something I’ve never done before, which was to hop on a Zoom call with the NBP Film Community right after the show to talk about the winners and what our thoughts are heading into the Oscars this Sunday. Since Film Independent is an organization that anyone can join, it only felt right to celebrate this evening with the community, some of whom are voters themselves. Tune in below to listen and enjoy!
